Student Assistant in the MARS Urban Logistics Project

For the international cooperation „MARS Urban Logistics“ between the HAW Hamburg and Georgia Tech (Atlanta, USA) the MARS group is looking for:

2 student assistants (40-80 hours per month)

The following fields of work are available:

• Visual Analytics: Develop a Visual Analytics application that examines and displays simulation data and integrates it into the Kubernetes infrastructure. The work builds upon the existing storage solutions MongoDB or Cassandra. You will likely be working with tools such as Apache Zeppelin, Spark, Angular JS etc.
• Modell development MARS-Urban Hamburg: You support our MARS-Urban team in the development of a prototype for experimental-/ decision-based platform for city planers based on the MARS framework. The main focus lies on logistics, rescue planing, as well as public traffic.
